1-Make a list of necessary items for each dish
2-Ensure counters, cutting boards, utensils and hands are thoroughly washed and dried.
3-Wash all produce thoroughly ,dry and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
4-Using food processor or manually. Cut, Slice, Dice, Mince, etc. all produce (onion,pepper,celery, etc.) at one time and place in separate plastic storage bags. Place in frig. if not ready to cook immediately.
5-Prepare your favorite recipe.
6-Prepare cookware, bakeware, grills or griddles for cooking. Ensure cleanilness first.
7-To Fry: add oil to cookware and burner to mid/low until oil reaches desired temp.
To Bake: turn oven to temp. desired and wait until temperature is reached.
8-You have now successfully prep. for your meal. Get to cooking and enjoy!
